I'm 17, 5'3, and I weigh 162 lbs, I am trying to lose weight but not to be thin but to look more fit and toned. My goal weight is 140 or less with a 25% or less body fat %. I recently started a vegetarian diet to help conjure results but I need advice about how to properly start my weight loss program. Please comment with advice or connections to advice.
There are multiple keys to losing weight. I will list a few here and would recommend reading some of the articles on the site.
1) Remember how much your value your fitness goals and that the hard work and self mastery is worth the reward. 2) Be consistent. 3) Set up about 3 daily meal plans and alternate them. 4) Pre-make healthy meals that you can eat throughout the week so that healthy options are readily available. 5) Remember that cardio is king when it comes to burning Calories.
